Shipping & Returns


On receipt of your order we will call you to finalise your freight cost. 

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

Goods may only be returned to the Company within 5 days of delivery and (a) they form part of the Company’s usual stock-in-trade and (b) the goods have not deteriorated but (a) the Customer has to pay for the costs of return of the goods, unless goods have been supplied incorrectly or are faulty, and (b) the Customer must provide evidence of purchase from the Company to the Company’s satisfaction. Where the goods are returned in accordance with this clause the Company will give full credit to the Customer of their cost (excluding cost of delivery and less any further amount deemed necessary to cover "shop soiled" or other damage which may lessened the full value of the goods). Goods sold as "end of line" or discounted goods cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, within 5 working days, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.
No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

All returns or credit requests must obtain a goods return authority number from our office.
